• Device model

B. Feedback information (collected only when you submit feedback)

If you choose to send feedback through the App, we collect:

• The feedback notes you enter
• Your email address only if you choose to provide it

If you do not provide an email address, your feedback can still be submitted (unless the App’s feedback form requires it in that moment).

• Feedback submissions: Retained as long as needed to address the issue, respond (if an email was provided), and improve the App.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of issue and any legal obligations.

5) Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6) Your choices

• You can choose whether to provide an email address when submitting feedback.
• You can stop all collection by uninstalling the App.

If the App includes settings that let you disable certain diagnostics or feedback features, those settings will control what the App collects going forward.

7) Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8) International users
